complain

<p>I am having a problem with game finrite insurnce company. I have called them, sent through all the required documents, they have also confirmed that they have received everything. I was told to wait 24hrs for an sms my documents have been sent for authorisation. I just called them. Everytime you hold for more than 30 minutes. The agent is advising me that I need to fax my deposit slip for the 3rd time. They promise to call me back but they didnt. if I hadn't called them I was gonna wait for nothing. Even now I dont know what to do with this deposit slip because their lines are breaking up. I urgently need assistance becuase I went to the store and their agents have no clue at all. They also call the same contact number. The service is pathetic and the agents even argue with yhe customer. They dont know about first call resolution. </p> <p> </p>
