Clueless short term insurance company

Submitted a claim over a month ago and it still hasn't been settled. No attempts to contact me have been made by Finrite. Every week when I call for an update, I get the same response, "We'll call you sometime during the week". No one calls. The call center stuff is unprofessional and sound clue-less of what they are doing. Their phone lines are always distorted, so you barely hear what the call center agent is saying. This is my first and last time I'm ever doing business with this company.
