Claimes phone received but give us a chance to chose what we want.

I claimed a lost phone with finrite admnistrators, and after sometimes they did surely send me a phone via corrier companies. Although i asked them to give me another phone which was p40 lite and they refused even though i said i will add some cash from the one that was my phone insured for. They just have to give a client to chose what he want because we cannot hold to a one phone without improvement, so they must allow us to add some cash like what telkom used to be previous years.
