Claimed in December still no phone

Finrite is worst company in the world, they should just close down as they are robbing the people. I claimed my phone in December and paid the access, it's now July 2020 and I am still without a phone and every month till this day they are deducting their premiums without fail but they are failing to provide me with services they promised me. I feel I have to take legal action because I'm tired of the mistreatment I have continuesly received from this *******
