Dear Sir/Madam

I am enquiring about my cell phone which I brought in for repairs of which I was informed it will take 21days which .The claim number TC040250 and policy number *** please advice of when will I receive it as its been long waiting for it I have not receive any communication what so ever and when I call the call center still don't get any response.
