Claim Not Paid Out!!! Insurance **********

I'm beyond frustrated with the company!! I claimed for a phone in January 2020 and paid excess on February 2020 and I'm still waiting for my phone!!!

I call your company everyday pushing for a Service that I should be getting as I paid and continue to pay for every month. If I don't call no one follows up with me or my devices and the progress of the claim. It is 4 months now that I've been waiting for my phone and I feel ****med after paying excess and still continue to pay for cellphone insurance via Telkom!!

This is my second complaint on hello Petter about this matter and no one has resolved the issue simply because you do not care!!!
