Claim approved but device not available

Submitted a claim last year August at foschini vereeniging, because my phone was damaged my claim was approved by finrite but they never received my device. Till today I’m still paying my premium for the device that I don’t have or use, I have been calling finrite using my own airtime to get the matter resolved. I’m very disappointed with finrite
