Some insurance create bad name for insurance industry.

Five years ago I lost Nokia Lumia which was insured through finrite via TFG, that phone was R1499.00 and I replaced it with Samsung J1 Ace Neo which was R1699.00, been paying premium for this Samsung J1 Ace Neo and the insurance never had a problem with that.

5 years later, Samsung j1 neo got lost/****** and I submitted claim as it was insured, to my surprise, finrite sent device replacement authorisation/order no RTE 280671 on the 20th of March and that authorities was for R1499.00 but indicated Samsung J1. Samsung J1 Ace Neo was R1699.00.

Once I realized that, I asked the lady at exact to phone finrite again and Siya told me there was nothing he can do, I must submit all the claim papers again as if it was my mistake or problem. I had no choice but to take a Nokia c 2 worth R1599.00 because finrite decided to cheat me out of my original amount that I was supposed to have got.

In short, I will never insure anything ever again with finrite or recommend it to any of my family and or my friends.

Goodbye Finrite, you have lost a loyal customer.
