CHARGED FOR CANCELLED CELLPHONES

For about 2 weeks now with countless emails and costly phone calls they do not refund for phone insurance premiums that were duplicated. The only person who was understanding is Charlize from IUA. I sent proof of lost phones that were never cancelled and I was charged. I have since cancelled all the cellphones to run away from RCS and Edgars who have been charging me unwarranted fees. BUT I WANT MY REFUNDS!!
