Change your cellphone insurer ASAP!!!!

I have canceled my insurance with this company due to them not fulfilling their contractual obligation. I was placed in 20k-25k insurance claim bracket as my new devices had cost 21k and 24k. I lost the one device and when I claimed I was given a phone that cost 19k and with features that are less than the phone I lost. I took the phone, sold it and bought the phone that had the features of my previous phone. I requested a refund in January of the extra premiums I had paid for nothing. Till today I have not received them. I was advised by a consultant to not use Finrite, instead I should cover my phone with my household items. Which is something I have done and I would advice others to do the same.
