Change of ownership

I had send several emails to *** from August 2020 requesting them change of ownership. As to I bought a business from someone and then the person died. So I have send all documents as they require as well as the death certificate, letter of new owner and my Id, but still they had done nothing, this morning I spoke to someone again at telkom business department to enquire about the status of my inquiry and she told me to send the email again, so for the 5th time I did. This is unacceptable as to there service.
