Celphone repairs horror

Good mornig<br> <br> I would just like to complaint about the lack of service from Finrite Andministrators.<br> <br> I handed my cellphone in for repairs at Edgars Woodlands. They said it would take 21 days for repairs. In the end after variuos complaints I received my phone after 90 Days. The phone is still not working and the repairs on the screen of very poor workmanship.<br> <br> They now want me to send the phone back for repairs again. I went to Hellopeter.com and looked up complaints about this company. There is 100's of complaints the same like mine daily. These people are surely ripping the consumer of!!<br> I pay R 200/month for the insurance and had to pay R 800 access fee to receive my phone( that is still not working). I thus payed R 600(200/month) and R800 = R 1400 for a phone I did not have for the 3 months and now I need to pay a further R 600 for the next 3months that I wont have a phone again???<br> <br> I'm sure they will give the same generic answer they give at all hellopeters complaints - Thank you we will come back to you.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Hennie von Staden<br> Job number : 432172 at finrite ( theire number ***- If they answer the phone)
