Cellphone not insured - sorted :)

<p>I reported yestarday here that my cellphone was not insured. It was only because the calls when not reaching finrite.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I called Finrite again and the call was answered promptly and a lady called Njabulo assisted me successfully.</p> <p>She explained the reasons why the cell was not insured and promptly helped by insiring the phone. She was professional.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let me say here that some of the complaints i see here about Finrite are bad but I have never had such bad service. In the occassions that I have complained here, it was not serious cases and my query was resolved successfully.</p> <p> </p>
