Cellphone insurance no debit.

Well I had a issue with my cellphone insurance that had to be sorted this has been going on for over a year already. I asked that it is sorted and to date we tried to resolve it but now we back to square one on the issue where my insurance is not being debited at all. I will not take responsibility for this shortfall and escalated this and still no response from Canal walk hi store. I asked that the insurance gets canceled and a new insurance be issued from day 1 already.
