Cellphone Insurance Mess up!

In October 2014 I bought myself a new Samsung S5 from Game and took out Game Finrite cellphone insurance. In July of 2015 I decided to buy my father a new Samsung Core Prime from Game aswell. I also took out the Game Finrite cellphone insurance on his phone. On March the 22nd 2016 I called Finrite and asked them to cancel my cellphone insurance (I did not feel the need to continue paying for my insurance, but would insist with my father's cellphone insurance), we went through the processes of doing this and it was "done". As far as I was aware up until two days ago, my cellphone insurance was cancelled and my father's was still active, but upon having a closer look at my bank statement I realised a value of R211pm for a phone valued at approx R1500 (core prime) was a bit much. So I called them on the 13th of September 2016 and enquired about the high price of insurance. They told me that my call on the 22nd of March cancelled the Galaxy Core prime's insurance and not my own insurance. It is now 4.30pm on the 14th of September 2016 and I am still waiting for the audio recording of that conversation to be made available to me. I have called their offices and spoke to a woman called Diboowa three times and everytime she tells me she's going to get someone to email it to me and I'm STILL waiting.

She says that she has listened to the recording herself and she says I said "I want to cancel my insurance" and they went ahead and cancelled the Core Prime insurance. I registered both of the cellphone insurance packages using my ID number soI do not understand why they would not ask which insurance I want to cancel, if I did infact just say I want insurance cancelled because if they typed in my details, TWO insurance policies should show up.

I have paid approximately R1055,00 to these people for nothing and they can't even give me the recording... and they still have the nerve to tell me that the last debit order of R211 will come off the end of this month
