cellphone insurance gone wrong
the worst decision I have ever made in my whole life was taking out cellphone insurance with finrite through Vodacom. these people wait till the day you claim to tell you that they will not approve your claim because of a history of changing sim cards on your phone, in fact how is that even right cos the insurance I took out is for cellphone and not for the sim card, isn't what matters the imei numbers????

I don't know why I should always go through the same platforms and hassles to get a simple claim approved. Do you guys enjoy being dragged on here... I'm having a nightmare trying to get my claim processed and APPROVED AGAIN. for the same reasons I stated on the original post I'm commenting on right now.
