Cellphone Insurance from Finrite Administrators

This company is beyond ***********, I logged an insurance claim for me cellphone on the 27/08/2021, its my first claim in well over a year.

To date, after making numerous calls, I have still not received positive feedback on when I will receive the voucher to claim my new phone.

I also sent emails to their complaints email box, 2 days ago and only received an automated response.

Call centre agents have no idea what is going on, they do not even have updated information to share with customers.

Happy to take our money but disgusting service!!!!!!
