Cellphone Insurance

I have a Cellphone insurance with Finrite. I lost my phone and I sent all the relevant claim documents, when I called the call center they said everything has been processed. It's been 2 weeks and I still have not received my Voucher to buy a new phone but I'll still be expected to pay the premium again which is unacceptable.
