Cellphone Insurance Double Charge Refund

Can I please get a refund for the double charges on cellphone insurance, First it was Huawei y5 and Samsung A10 where I was double-charged for 5 months. I contacted you guys and was promised a refund of around R264 but till today It hasn't reflected on my edgar's statement. And recently discovered I was again been double-charged for samsung A30 and A30s. Doesn't your system automatically cancel the other phone when claiming?
