Cellphone insurance complain

So I have been calling and emailing finrite for over a year now about the insurance I have on my phone as I had been ****** and have provided the relevant documents but I haven't been assisted till today but they are still debating for the insurance but I don't get help when I called all they would be saying is that I will be emailed or smsed the access fee but nothing will happen till now when I go to Telkom asking about this they will still refer me to finrite with no help at all from them and this year it will be 2 year's now in November and I have spent hundreds of rands call for something that I'm still paying for till this day, All I can say they are just useless and don't care about their customers
