Cellphone Insurance Claim - no show!

after my phone was ******, I followed procedure of claiming for it through Game store insurance - Finrite.<br> 18th September I already had my case number, affidavit and emailed them all my details. When I inquired how long would it take to have the phone delivered. On 22nd Sept I was emailed by Benny saying \Please be advised that authorization takes 24 working hours and it will take 3-5 working days for the handset to be delivered."<br> By Monday 12th Oct the phone was still not delivered and no one is communicating with me to say why there's a delay. I called on 12th Oct"
