Cellphone Insurance Cancellation not done, keep debiting

1. Bought a cellphone from Edgars. 2. Cellphone insurance via Finrite 3. Later I wrote A letter via email was sent to Finrite *** regarding Cellphone Insurance Cancellation date 4 October 2019, and today 21 July 2020 and the keep on debiting and till now they have not cancelled the cellphone insurance that I do not need. 4. I don't know what to do to get this insurance cancellation I am stuck and they keep on debiting. 5. I need to be refunded.
