Cellphone Insurance

Finrite your system cancelled my cellphone insurance,without my consent or knowlwdge. now i must backpay from May 2019 in order to get services from you guys? How & why, who was i at fault here? you guys dont even have the audacity to inform your customers that your system is faulty? im very unimpressed with your services currently. you are expecting me pay for your error im not going to that kinldy please rectify on your part as to how my cellphone is going to be fixed and put back my insurance please.
