Cellphone insurance

<p>A few weeks my cellphone was ******. I opended a case at the plice station, took the affidavit and all the documents required to Game store (Cape Gate). They found that the monthly fees was never deducted from my bank account and the lady that assisted me never logged my query to their head office. I decided to contact Finrite myself but it's been more than two weeks and I still don't have any feedback from them. Everythime i call they ask the same papers, same questions. I'm so fed up with them!!!! It's not my problem that they never deducted the money from my account!!! If someone does not respond to this...im going to have my lawyer contact you!!!!
