Cellphone insurance

Please never ever take cellphone insurance with finrite. I claim ****** phone with them a month ago. 2weeks later they said my claim is approved i must pay R500 for excess which i did and i submitted to edgars polokwane CBD they scan and email to them and i also did the same with my personal email. They never respond after a week i went to edgars they called them while im there they said they haven't receive proof of payments they resend while talking to them over the phone. I call them lastweek monday they claim they havent receive proof of payment i forward 20emails of proof of payment and call them again and they said the same thing. when i call them again they said i must wait for service provider to contact me within hours but they haven't call. when i call them they hangup mycalls. im sure a day i call 6times. Please guys dont insure your phone at Edgards or Jet you will never receive your phone even thou you have paid Excess for insurance.
