Cellphone insurance

<p>I bought a cellphone at game in chris hani mall vosloorus and I took out insurance with finriteinsurance.the phone was damaged and I call the insurance company to come and collect it and I had to wait for three weeks before it was fetched.eventually they came and took the phone and now it's almost two months since it was taken for repairs.everytime I call I'm put on hold and the one time that the phone was picked up in wastold to leave a messageand theyou would get back to me..</p>
