Cellphone contract

Good day.

I'm having a problem with an insurance called Finrite. I took my phone in for repairs 1st week of November and until today I have not received it back. I called the insurance last week Tuesday and was told I will receive it within 48hrs. I called them again on Thursday and they told me they still waiting for the description of my phone from the repair guys. 120hrs later I'm still calling them to tell me that they are waiting for my physical address that i had already gave them last week. I email the address again to no acknowledgement. Now when I call them I get cut all the time. I need my phone back because it seems like I'm paying for nothing.
