Cellphone claim that has dragged for 7 months

I can not believe the disrespect I get from Finrite administrators. It look like they are not willing to assist me with getting my phone after 7 months my case is still not resolved. I always get the same response that my issue has been escalated and they will call me as soon as they get feedback and they do not call until I call and get the same response over and over. I am a paying customer and I deserve a satisfactory service.
