Cellphone claim still not attended to

I bought 2cellphone at Telkom and theyve insured both phones with Finrite Insurance,1phone got ****** and since i logged a claim in December still no response,everytime i call its like im starting afresh. Since Finrite responded that they will followup but no progess...im thinking of taking this matter further... *Very bad service**
