Cellphone claim since 2019
Good day . Finerite administrator is a nightmare insurance I lost my phone last year December I did FOLLOW ups like a mad chicken till they approved my claim......till today I haven’t received the device and I’m still paying for insurance I keep on keeping calling they don’t answer ( BAD SERVICE). Early this year I spoke to one of their sales assistant and she said il get my phone. I am waiting till today I sent them my address and everything but thy are not delivering I’m sick and tired Of following up yet thy deducting my money every month end....since last year I’ve been following up for my phone.

Why should I fight always
