Cellphone claim over 3 months still not paid

Its over 3 months since I did my claim all I get is we will call you back when we hear from our supplier but looks like you people r just robbing us our money. When I'm I going to get my phone? All your team leaders are always busy to take our calls. Close this **** busines down!
