Cellphone Claim

I made a phone claim at Markhams Sunnypark a month n a half ago and never heard from Finrite again.... Their phone is just ringing for two weeks now and no answer If that phone was not important to me I should have insured it. In this case I will prefer to use another service provider Kabelo Mabotja ????
