Cellphone Claim

<p>Good day</p> <p>Kindly advise,I have 4 cellphone insurance with you and i keep on losing one phone cause i don't use it often.i recently lost it again and the claim was approved so i asked Finrite if i can take a laptop and add the shortfall since the value will be more but was informed its not possible,on my matter kindly consider Section A (2) Replacement benefit.3rd option:Let you choose an alternative item with the option to pay the shortfall if the value is more than the maximum insured value.I really need another gadget to insure.</p>
