Cellphone Claim

25/05/2021 they collected my cellphone for assessment and said it only needs to be repaired which can take up to 21 days.

I immediately paid my excess to ensure no delays as a cellphone is a day to day use gadget.

2months later and now going into month 3 when i call im told the phone is ready they just dont know where to send it (hopefully back to the place they collected).

3 to 5 days I should recieve a sms stating that it would be delivered. 10 days later still no communication this company should really be shut down.

This is pathetic service!!! Dishonesty!!! ****!!! Please bring back my phone as i will be taking further action, 2months no phone i had to spend more money to buy and replace a phone u guys supposed to have repaired by now!!!
