cellphone claim

<p>Hi </p> <p>My name is Bonang</p> <p>i have a problem with c-surance /Finrite, i am still waiting for their response regarding my cellphone claim,</p> <p>i emailed the clain form , it has been 6 days now, am not getting any response, i tried calling them, i keep on holding for like 10 to 20 minutes, i spoke to Masiphi , the consultant, she was not helpful she told me that there s nothing she can do as she is not working at claims department, i asked her to go get someone to come to help me i will hold, she then hanged up on me. </p>
