Cellphone Claim
How long does it take for Finrite to process cellphone claim? It been a month now and I've been calling every week they always telling me they waiting for Cellphone usage from Telkom. Who's responsible for this process? It very strange because your company didn't forget to deduct from my account but I don't even have that cellphone it really strange. And when you call Finrite they make you wait for almost 15 minutes before they can even answer your call, this is poor service. 4 full weeks claiming a cellphone ? But you said it takes 72 hours to process the claim, why 4 months?
