Cellphone Cancellation without Knowledge or Approval

<p>I have an account with Edgars, and with it have subscribed to their cellphone insurance which is provided by Finrite and Underwritten by Hollard. I recieved my latest Edgars statement and noted that my cellphone insurances monthly amounts were not included in statement. Upon quering, I was told that I requested cancellation through an email. This is not the case, as I did not email requesting such. I have asked them to provide me with this email and they have failed to do so. No one has bothered to get back to me to resolve my query and make sure that my cellphones are insured. I am very dissappointed with their service!!!</p>
