Cell phone insurance claim

I submitted a claim for my insured cellphone which was ******, more than a month ago and I haven't heard from them once. I was forced to buy me another phone, coz I am very dependent on one. I called them several times,but different people tells me different stories and I am just sick and tired of battling with the insurance company.
