Cell phone insurance claim

The worst service ever!! Claimed for cell phone repair, the service Iam getting is the worst.. From day one it's just been a hassle with you guys, now repair department is saying the waiting for excess fee which was paid on the 1st day of claiming. Your consultant seems like they don't know their job & cannot do it properly.

Since day one of claiming, I have been calling every day and I would be told one two three is not done which is unconvincing me & now I have to wait 3 or more weeks before the phone gets repaired.
