cell phone insurance

Hope all is well.

I have put a claim on the 19 April 2021 till now I haven't head anything from you guys and your phone I hold for 5 - 10 minute and when they answer they don't say anything but you can hear people talking at the back. Can you please assist us when we call and assist us with our claim I mean we pay for our cell phone insurance please be kind to assist us please.
