Broker for Jet Stores cell phone insurance. DON'T EVER DO A CELL PHONE INSURANCE WITH THEM. On the 11/8/2020 I hand my cell phone into Jet Stores Mossel Bay for repairs. Genine Frankie from Jet has been really wonderful and very professional. After 5 months finally Finrite contacted me for the R200 excess. It took them another month to send banking details. I paid this excess on 5/2/2021 and was promised I will have my phone within a week. What a joke !!! Emails sent to Leilane Ferris (senior manager) Lloyd Mokgwasa, Susan Seti and Tandeka Magingxa. Not one of them have the courtesy of replying to emails. To date I am still paying the insurance and don't have the phone. Almost 7 months later. NOT acceptable
