Cell phone claim insurance

I am absolutely disgusted at this shambolic so called company, what a ****, what a joke of a company. I have a policy with them and I put in a claim in December 17 2021 at Markham store in Gateway via a worker called Mohamed. Little did I know this claim process will cause me so much stress, anxiety and anger. The consultant promised that he had submitted the claim for me to only find out in January 2022 on the 4th that he had not submitted any claim via a consultant of finrite, I called again this morning at 8am to find out if they had processed my claim and spoke to a lady called Miketeko who boldy told me their systems are down and that I should call again later. I said no you call me, the lady refused to take down my number and to arrange a call back. What a joke of a **** company. If people are looking for insurance companies for their mobile phones I suggest they look elsewhere.
