Cell phone claim

So... Finrite and Telkom are the reason to my most horrible holidays ever. What happened is I claimed a ****** phone between 25/26 November... I did several follow ups and sent emails enquiring on my claim. Yes it was a 4th claim in 12 months but what must happen, no one EVER bothered contacting me. I informed everyone I kept speaking to as I would call the call center every second day if not every day that my last day of work was 13 December 2019, no one bothered asking for an alternative contact number or email address.... Which I'm sure or they supposed to be having it on record since I'm not a first-time customer. I usually keep an excel spreadsheet that helps tick off from my budget list, I lost track since I didn't have and still don't have a phone. There are undone payments as I'm used to just clicking on the cell phone app. I have never been so angry and disappointed in my life. Worst of it all, Telkom debited the installment amount, which I'm sure that it won't even be considered that I didn't touch not even a bit of the data and airtime or even done a Sim swap coz I'm still without a phone, I was and still am stranded. I have an e wallet withdrawal on the contract phone number, I still haven't been able to get a password since I'm still without a phone. I drove with hope throughout the holidays, praying that nothing ever goes wrong on the roads as a I drive coz I wouldn't have been able to reach anyone since I'm without a phone, thank God nothing happened. I'm extremely angry, I cannot even express my level of anger. Telkom, Finrite, I'll never recommend these companies to anyone.
