Cell Insurance Clain

<p>I have problem with my insurance claim. I was asked by Mercy (finrite) to drop my phone for repairs at foschini at century city on the 4th of July which i did - i never heared anything from either foschini or Finrite since then. I had to call them (Foschini & Finrite) everytime to find out whats happening with my phone as i dont have any other phone to use - on Friday the 8th of July i was told by finrite that the phone is with the repairs and it will take 7 working days, because of my previous bad experience with them i decided to pick up a phone and call them again on the 12th July and i was told by Winnie (Finrite) the phone only got to the repairs on the 11th so 7 days is not over and there is nothing they can do. I asked them to follow up with the repairs as they refused to give me their contact details - up to today i have not heard anything from them. Today i am calling the store (foschini) and they are telling me its 14 days not 7 days, and telling me the other person did not tell me the truth ...which is completely nonsense as they cannot make their problems mine. I need my phone sorted out as i keep having to borrow people phones for me to be contactable.</p>
