cell in for more than a month

My samsung A5 went in for repairs on 3 Feb till now. Was asked two weeks ago if they can change colour from gold to white. I didn't agree to that as I needed a good explantion. Yesterday I called finrite but was tild cell is still at repairs and was promised a call back. Am still waiting and wonder if this cell can be fixed at all. Such inconvenience without cell for more than a month!
