Cell C ***

<p>We have been wainting for feedback on a claim submitted for a Cell-C contract phone for over 2 months now. We can't get hold of anyone at the cell-c insurance dept or at finrite. When emailing ********** i have gotten a reply from Danielle but she is not able to help me or give me info she just mailed back and said i must phone finrite and either speak to Samantha or Leandra. When phoneing Finrite they say that they can't put me throught to either of them because they are managers, so i left a message for them to phone me back. No one phoned. Please can someone from finrite help me to sort this matter.</p>
