worst cellphone insurance ever, they keep taking me back and forward with my claim , even after paying the claims excess fee , they still have not release the the replacement phone , send me a waybill number or send me a list of available phones for me to select but rather asked me to provide them with information that I had already provided at the beginning of the claim. My advice cancel that insurance if you a current user and rather look for a proper insurance with great customer service. I cannot believe a massive company like telkom uses Finrite as insurance. They do not care about customers all they care about is taking our money. EVERY NEW WEEK THEY KEEP PROMISING ME I WILL RECEIVE REPLACEMENT PHONES BY FRIDAY.
