Cant get hold of both companies

Can someone please assist me. I was ****** of my cellphone this morning and i am unable to reach both Telkom and the insurance company. The only contact number Telkom has, is the one that should be dialed from a Telkom mobile. How am i supposed to do this if i n o longer have my cell phone AND the Telkom simcard??!! The contact details for Finrite is invalid, i CANNOT get through. How do i block the cell phone and claim if I cannot get hold of these companies??
