cancelled insurance

i insured my phone with them and when i was on my bank statement i saw a debit order with a ref TFG so i reversed it coz i dont have a tfg account then remembered that i bought my phone through tfg i called to ask for banking details to do an eft or if they can redebit my account i was told my insurance was canceled and the same day i was debited for that month and was i was my insurance was cancelled
