Canceled insurance yet they still debiting money

I bought a black berry phone at CNA(Westgate Malla) last year Dec 2014 for my little brother. I then took a cash insurance with Finrite since the phone was bought cash.The phone got ****** at school around April 2015 and i emmediately reported the matter at the police sation and took all the necessary documents to CNA.I was informed they will fax all the documents to Finrite and contact me with feedback. I never recieved any feedback so in May i called CNA and was advised that documents were sent through. I then requested Contact details for finrite so i can do a follow up. I contacted Finirite and they too asked me to email documents and i did. no feedback was recieved. I kept on calling and everytime different agents would tell me to email the documents all over again which i have been doing. I then called in August 2015 and asked to speak to a supervisor who can assist and was transferred to CHESLIN KROUWKAMP who assured me that my insurance has been canceled and even emailed me proof of cancellation from Augt2015, Sep 2015 another debit went through and i called in again asking why they still debiting my account and to date no resolution.CAN FInRITE CANCEL MY INSURANCE PLS
